Dental referrals

If you're a dental professional and would like to refer a patient to our practice, please complete the form provided. Feel free to speak to our team directly here at Ridgeway Dental Practice if required. We're based in Sheffield and also provide dental care for patients in Rotherham, Dronfield and the wider South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire areas.

Oral surgery referrals are taken by Paul Lugaric.

Paul is happy to remove impacted wisdom teeth, roots and other teeth requiring surgical removal. Paul generally works on Saturday mornings, when costs start from £300. Please e-mail the form below to the practice or call the practice directly, especially if it’s urgent.
